– To win the two games we have away from home, in particular, back-to-back, with a lot of travelling, against the opposition we’re facing, is great credit to the players. It was an outstanding performance in the first half, out of the traps. We wrestled hold of the game and could and should have scored more. You don’t see teams control games the way we did here very often, sa trener Ian Evatt til bwfc.co.uk etter kampen.
Videre sier Evatt:
– Charlton are a dangerous team and in the second half they were going to make it change and made it a transitional game. They went a bit gung-ho to try and get back in the game and it caused us problems but we caused them problems as well. We made so many opportunities. We looked a really powerful team, looked aggressive and defended the box when we needed to.
It’s been a really good week.
– Ian Evatt
– To have 2,000 fans here after the travelling they did on Tuesday is an unbelievable effort, the way they back the players, support the team and noise they created. They sung their hearts out all game and it makes a huge difference when you’ve got that togetherness on and off the pitch.

– We just need to re-set and get ready for an FA Cup game next week. The players have worked extremely hard this week. They have to enjoy tonight and the weekend but we have to be ready to go again and keep striving for improvement, avslutter Ian Evatt.
