Låner spiller fra Championship-klubb

Nå har Bolton Wanderers forsterket laget ytterligere før sesongstarten. Oppdatert med videointervju.

Det er 21 årige angripsspilleren Mason Burstow som har signert en låneavtale med Bolton. Det er Hull City som låner han ut.

Burstow har spilt for lag som Chelsea, Charlton Athletic og Sunderland før han ble Hull-spiller i 2024, i følge Wikipedia.

Søndag 3. august spiller Bolton sisn første kamp i kommende sesong. Det mot Stockport. Da kan det være smart å la lånespilleren få sjansen. For 21-åringen scoret Hulls vinnermål med en kraftfull heading i en treningskamp mot nettopp Stockport sist lørdag.

– I think another one on Sunday would be a perfect start. I’ve obviously played against them this Saturday, so I have a bit of familiarity with how they’re going to set up and hopefully I can get off to a good start like I did at the weekend, sier Mason Burstow til bwfc.co.uk.

Han sier videre:

– I’m looking forward to wearing this shirt and representing the club, with the stature of Bolton as well. It’s always a club you look at and think they definitely are better than League One, so hopefully I can help get over the line.

We’ve made no secret of the fact that we wanted to add another striker to the squad and Mason fits the bill for the type of player we wanted and with the attributes we were looking for.
