Ny midtbanespiller til klubben

I dag kunne Bolton Wanderers kunngjøre den første signeringen i 2025.

Det er den engelske midtbanespilleren Joel Randall (25) som nå har signert en 3.5 års kontrakt med Bolton.

Randall ble hentet fra Peterborough United. En klubb han har vært i siden 2021. Ifølge wikipedia spilte Randall 82 ligakamper for klubben og scoret 15 mål i denne perioden. Med alle turneringer i tillegg fikk han 109 kamper og 19 mål.

Bolton trener, Ian Evatt, er svært fornøyd med signeringen.

– We worked very hard to try and get him here in the summer. It ended up being unachievable, but things change quickly in football and once we knew we had the potential to make it happen we wanted to work quickly to try and secure his services. It’s a big signing for us, short and long term. He’s a top player who can play in a number of different positions which is important for us, sier Evatt til bwfc.co.uk.

Joel Randall mener at nå var den riktige tiden for han å signere for Bolton.

– I think I’ve come at a really good time. I can see it’s building here. Obviously the last two seasons in the play-offs were unlucky for Bolton and maybe that’s taken its toll a little bit this season. But I think the squad is there, the manager’s there and it’s a really good place and I think we’re ready to push on for the rest of this season now, sier han til bwfc.co.uk.
