Spillervurderinger Stevenage 0-0 Bolton Wanderers
The Bolton News har vurdert spillerne etter 0-0 seieren borte mot Stevenage fredag 29. mars.
Vurderingene er gjort av Chief Football Writer i The Bolton News, Marc Iles.
JOEL COLEMAN…6.5.
A couple of heart-in-mouth moments but you have to credit him for a few very decent saves to preserve the clean sheet.
WILL FORRESTER…6.5.
Solid return to the side for the young centre-half who has been unlucky to be out of the reckoning for so long. Went close with a header.
RICARDO SANTOS…5.5.
Defensively, he came up with some big moments. In possession, he just wasn’t as sharp as he needed to be.
EOIN TOAL…7.
Came to his side’s rescue with some excellent interventions – all off the back of two 90-minute games for Northern Ireland. But might have got lucky with the penalty.
JOSH SHEEHAN…5.5.
So often Wanderers’ inspiration but the Welshman really didn’t have enough time or space to do anything meaningful, one free kick aside.
JOSH DACRES-COGLEY…5.5.
Did all the hard work, getting in behind Stevenage’s back line, but wasted some very reasonable positions with his last pass.
GEORGE THOMASON…5.5.
Seemed to suffer more than anyone with his passing on a poor surface. Gave it his all, as usual, but couldn’t make a breakthrough.
PARIS MAGHOMA…6.
Looked to be Bolton’s best bet of creating something. Ultimately kicked out of the game and given very little protection by referee Sam Allison.
NAT OGBETA…5.5.
Got himself into some good positions and had a touch of skill in doing so but frustratingly erratic with that final ball.
CAMERON JEROME…6.
Had the first half’s best chance but ran out of space. You could see why he was in there but had very little impact in the second half.
AARON COLLINS…5.5.
The occasional skipping run and one bobbling shot aside, Collins seemed to be playing too deep to cause the home side any serious issues.
Subs: Bodvarsson 5, 65 (for Jerome) – Virtually anonymous.
Dempsey 5, 65 (for Thomason) – Hardly made a dent.
Morley 77 (for Sheehan), Iredale 86 (for Ogbeta).
