Det ble ingen god dag for Boltons spillere og fans da rivalen Wigan kom på besøk.
Det ble 2-0 tap for Ian Evatts menn i lørdagens tidligkamp på Toughsheet Community Stadium.
Boltons trener sier blant annet dette om kampen:
– In the first half we just got rocked and didn’t recover. The pressure and stress of this game is obviously too much for some. We didn’t do anything well I don’t think in the first half. Om den andre omgangen sier treneren følgende:
– The second half was better than the first but that’s not saying much, the first was that bad. They scored (a second) at a crucial time which killed the game really, although even then if Aaron Collins scores with 15 minutes to go with another big chance it could be different. But in this fixture and in some of the big games we’ve let ourselves down and that was the same theme again today
