To nye spillere har signert

Fredag kunne Bolton Wanderers melde at de har signert en målvakt og en midtbanespiller til stallen.

Den første som signerte var den japanske midtbanespilleren Atsuki Ito (28).

Han kommer fra den belgiske klubben KAA Gent og har signert en treårs kontrakt.

– Playing in the English Championship is going to be a big challenge for me and I’m really happy to be able to play for a club with this much history. I want to make sure I deliver results here, sier han til bwfc.co.uk.

Han sier videre:

– I had a really passionate approach from the club and it made me want to play here. I want to give everything I have to live up to that expectation.

Signering nummer to er den irske målvakten Gavin Bazunu (24).

Også han kommer på en treårs kontrakt med Bolton. Han er hentet fra Southampton. I 2025 var han på utlån til Standard Liège mens i 2026 var han på utlån til Stoke City. 

– It’s obviously a club with massive history. I see it as a place where I can come and progress my personal career, while helping the team with their ambitions of getting back to where they belong. I want to get back to being in a position where I’m playing week in, week out and enjoying my football again. My big aim and ambition here is to play as many games as I can and show my levels, sier han til bwfc.co.uk.
